Who we are:

Sanu lake is a guest house in the lap of Mother Nature from the last 15 years offering a homely environment providing authentic Nepali cuisine and the food from different continents gaining experience from the overseas and the volunteering programs we offer at the guest house.

Waking up With the chirping of the birds in a green lush forest and a warm sunrise reflecting in the mountain wakes you up in the lake mirror shining with beautiful mountain, Annapurna south is what we can offer to our guest which can be a lifetime memory you can carry with.

A hiking around in the green lush forest in the morning and a warm dip in the lake followed by the homely cooked breakfast with a stunning view can shows the day.

The place itself is a “no stress zone” with a maximum speed limit 0 km/hr.

Sanu's place is a paradise. Amazing views of begnas lake and the Annapurnas are always there. You don't need to go out for anything, everything you need is right there, not to mention that you can swim up to the bar! The staff are friendly and efficient. They are also starting up a vegan cafe which will serve intentional, nutritional options. Then they'll really have it all :)

Sanu and his family were amazing hosts! The guesthouse has an incredible location in Begnas Lake, where you can swim every morning or take the canoa to explore and enjoy the nature. Food is great: try the local grilled fish!

This is the perfect spot to explore the beauty and tranquility of the lake! The owner is really nice. He was the first in the area to start a restaurant and made this lake such a great place to chill and enjoy the nature. They serve delicious fresh fish from the lake. You can also take a swim from there terrace; there’s a little stairs going down. Such a lovely place, definitely visit here if you’re looking for peace, relaxation and good food!
